    • ++++ Bike lane painting
    • Build on bike valet idea: Cathedral Festival and Folk Festival
    • + Movie nights or potlucks
    • Student events
    • Fundraising: movie night popcorn sales, garage sale, bike-a-thon, bike wash/tune-up
    • Incentives for members
    • +++ Farmers Market once a month

    Black Hat…negative…barriers…
    • Manpower requirements of so many events
    • Some activities are radical and could get in trouble
    • Time and money
    • Lack of communications
    • Technical requirements

    Yellow Hat…positive
    • Critical mass rides can be fun
    • Partner with Filmpool for Bike-in movie
    • Student involvement could be fun…partner with co-op office or summer orientation
    • Bike sharing … public use bikes

    White Hat …objective…details
    • Need to weigh the resources it takes to plan against
    • Winter ride: not a really popular idea.
    • Critical mass or rides: need police involvement
    • Some events need 2-3 people to organize, some need more
